Obtaining coordination: Necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

Traffic restructuring: Drawing up traffic plans and directing traffic where necessary.

Demolition of buildings and structures: Professional and safe demolition process.

Waste sorting and recycling: All waste is sorted and sent to recovery or recycling points.

Surface levelling: Final levelling and cleaning after demolition.

Preparation of waste reports: An official waste record is drawn up for the waste generated.

Aspen Group has carried out a number of major demolition projects, including:

  • Demolition of viaducts and bridges: drawing up traffic plans, ensuring smooth traffic flow and night work.
  • Demolition work: Our largest internal demolition project has been the demolition of the National Library of Estonia, covering 46 000 square metres.
