Aspen Grupp OÜ is a company established in 2005 specialising in the demolition of buildings. Our company is based entirely on Estonian capital. We operate mainly in Estonia and Finland, but we can also carry out work all over the Baltic States.
Since 2005, we have been demolishing large industrial building complexes, viaducts and bridges, smaller auxiliary buildings and summer houses. We sell filling materials, rent out machinery, and perform excavation and earthworks. For quarry work, we offer crushing and soil screening services.
We can provide you with a full demolition service: from drawing up the demolition project, applying for building permits, demolishing the building to dealing with the Building Register.
We demolish buildings, structures, viaducts and bridges, and carry out interior demolition work. We prepare demolition projects, hire out machinery, carry out excavation and earthworks, and sell earth filling material. Rock crushing and soil screening are also part of our daily activities. We are able to carry out the most complex projects and hold the relevant certificates.
We produce CE-marked recyclable aggregates from demolition waste. We crush the waste on site, at the point of generation, and use it as soil fill on the same site or sell the material produced.
Our experience stems from almost 20 years in the demolition industry. We have worked on many projects all over the Baltic States – demolishing high-rise buildings, large complexes, viaducts, bridges, private houses as well as smaller buildings. Our largest demolition project has been the demolition of the National Library of Estonia.
For the demolition of tall buildings/ viaducts, we use a Doosan DX 420 with a 53t long arrow. The reach of the arrow with the demolition attachment is 26m, which allows for the environmentally friendly demolition of taller buildings.
The Aspen Group’s machinery fleet includes:
● 12 excavators, including 1 long-arm demolition excavator
● 1 material handler
● 6 front-end loaders

Aspen Group employs around 30 dedicated professionals. We are honest taxpayers – we don’t pay hidden wages.
We are committed to providing our customers with a reliable service. We are committed to quality, safety and environmental friendliness in order to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Environment and recycling are the keywords that most characterise our daily work.
“Green thinking has become increasingly important. It is important to sort recyclable materials for further recycling and to recycle recycled materials. All waste is sorted operationally on the same site during demolition.
We will recycle the stone, brick and concrete materials left over from demolition. Either on the same site to fill in soil or foundation holes, or sold on to partners.
For the recycling of aggregates, we have acquired two rock crushers that allow mobile recycling immediately at the point of waste generation. This eliminates the need to transport the waste to authorised reprocessing companies and to transport the reprocessed material back to the site. This represents a major saving in transport costs and is our contribution to reducing environmental pollution.
We also sort scrap metal and wood separately during the demolition process and hand them over to our partner companies for recycling. We also come into contact with materials containing hazardous substances in our daily work. Some of the more commonly used asbestos-containing materials, which were very common in construction during the Soviet era, are:
Hazardous waste will be sorted and collected separately – as with all other demolition waste – and handed over to partner companies that handle hazardous waste.
What does the cost of demolition actually consist of, and what should you think about before you start?
